Women's Foundation of Oregon seeks new executive director

The Women's Foundation of Oregon's Board of Directors is launching a national search for a new Executive Director to advance our mission to dismantle sexism, racism, and structural oppression through the movement of resources and ideas in our region.

After leading the foundation for the past seven years and building up our community of over 100+ grantees and nearly 5,000 incredible supporters and members, Emily Evans is departing as part of an intentional process to ensure that those most impacted by intersectional gender oppression are in the lead. WFO is launching a national search for a new ED this week to oversee all operational and administrative functions and collaborate with the board and staff. The ED will develop strategies for implementing the organization’s mission and vision through values-aligned partnerships and projects with internal and external stakeholders.
