CSWS provides support
for scholars, teachers, and students in several ways
Most notably, CSWS provides direct funding to University of Oregon
faculty members and graduate students to support their research
efforts. Click on CSWS Grants and
Awards for more information.
The list of Online Resources will help
you with your grant applications.
We have provided a link to UO Knight Library's Feminist
Research Methods page, which provides an excellent list of research
resources on and off campus.
CSWS is a charter member of the National Women's History Museum. (NWHM), founded in 1996, is a nonpartisan, nonprofit educational institution dedicated to preserving, interpreting, and celebrating the diverse historic contributions of women, and integrating this rich heritage fully into our nation's history. Currently they have an on-line museum
and educational resources for teachers with plans for an on-site museum in Washington, DC.
Available through the UO Knight Library are many CSWS events recorded
on audio and/or video tapes. To access the complete listing of
more than 274 CSWS related items (including publications), click
on Knight Library. Under "keyword"
search for "University of Oregon, Center for the Study of Women
