Peggy handles the Center's many and varied accounting and grant functions, both internal and external, and provides organizational support.. She produces the Center's internal financial statements; disburses money to recipients of CSWS grants; works with Center faculty on external grants during the pre-award stage; tracks and reports grant expenditures to principal investigators in the post-award stage; tracks expenditures for the RIG coordinators; and performs the duty of departmental payroll administrator. Peggy is also the current coordinator of the CSWS Road Scholars Program.

Peggy moved to Eugene the summer of 2002 from Klamath Falls, where for four years she was Program Coordinator for SPOKES, Unlimited, an independent non-profit advocacy center for people with disabilities. Previous to that, Peggy worked to end violence against women at the Klamath Crisis Center, for several years as a volunteer and then from 1990-1995 as Director.
