Application Download Information
The application forms
for CSWS Grants and Fellowships(for UO faculty, staff, or graduate students) may be printed from this site. All
necessary forms are stored here as Portable Document Format (PDF) files,
which are viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer,
the free program can be downloaded by going to the Adobe
website.
Please note: If you are new to downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free program), first download and save the Adobe Acrobat Reader files, then find the saved initialization file tobegin installation of the program on your computer. When installation is complete, you may have to restart your computer. Then the program will open automatically when you click on a pdf file on our website.
Once you have installed Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can view and print
out any of the application forms for the grants that interest you.
A link to each grant application is below.
Grant applications
are available for download by October 1st of each academic year. Please
make sure that the date on the downloaded application form is for
the current academic year. Click on an item below to begin downloading
forms and guidelines in "pdf" format.
If you prefer MS Word format, click on the menu item on the right and you will be taken to the main information page for that grant. There you will be able to download in MS Word format. You will also find a summary of each grant under the appropriate grant title.
