The Center for the Study of Women in Society invites applications for grants from established CSWS Research Interest Groups (RIGS) engaged in interdisciplinary research projects on women and/or gender that foster the building of a community of scholars and viable research programs within CSWS.

The intent of the RIG Development Grant is to seed research activities and projects that have a strong potential either to attract external funding and/or to create vital interdisciplinary scholarship, and encourage the development of identifiable research and program themes for CSWS. If you have a group of scholars that is interested in this grant, please apply first for CSWS RIG Sponsorship.
